Hi there! My name's Brenda - I'm a thrift store junkie and furniture rehabber. Here's a slide show of some of the projects I tackled from 2014 to 2017. I'm surprised at how much time it takes to put up a tutorial (so I have new found respect for those bloggers who have inspired me) so please be patient as I try to get them all finished. So some photos may not have a link to their own page yet.
So even though they are not complete, please visit my tutorials page.
I've been having a blast with sandpaper, paint and stain. :) The projects below aren't as hard as you might think. Hopefully you'll find something to inspire you to try on your own.
**UPDATE**
This past year (2017) we decided to upgrade our wood/metal shop. We put in new walls, insulation, wiring, doors, lighting, and even redid the concrete floor. Currently we are still finishing it up. We did most of the work ourselves (which is why its taking so long - but we are DIYers, and that's just how we roll.)
My "studio" will be in full swing within a couple of weeks - and then Woohoo! Let the cyclone of rehab begin. :D
I'll soon be selling some of my smaller items on Etsy, and larger ones closer to home (Seattle, WA). So if I can't inspire you, maybe I can make you something custom. Feel free to email me if you're looking for something specific, or would like something similar to what I've done in the past.
Thanks for visiting, and I hope you come back again.
